Cachers Elysium!
Pictures of a 3-day geocaching tour from November 6 to 8, 2009.
My cache buddy Frigo and me chose a small boardinghouse in Zehdenick, Brandenburg about 60km north of Berlin as the HQ. Right in the middle of holy “Hornesia-Land” - a region with a high density of lost places by the cacher “Hornesia”.
This meant:
getting up early, old soviet military compounds, rocket- and commandobunkers, wonderful autumn forrests, aprox. 15km walking per day, a lot of red deers, early to bed, exquisite ham, a decayed sanatorium, an old backery, basic country restaurants namend “The German Mug” with mean neon lights, nice folks, the biggest russian airport outside the USSR in the midst of the woods and most of all: searching, finding, logging!
